1–2 prep calls, a post-event reflection with your team, and extra Q&A time after the talk (10 minutes virtual, 30 minutes in-person). Travel and lodging are separate from the booking fee.
Can you customize your presentation for our audience and event theme?
Yes. I tailor every talk to your audience, your event goals, and your theme, and I'll hop on a prep call to learn about your group. I can also build a brand-new talk from scratch for an additional fee.
Do you offer extras, like meet-and-greets?
Yes, just give me a little advance notice
Our organization has a limited budget. Any flexibility
I offer reduced rates for ongoing partnerships or bringing me in more than once.
Will we receive recordings or materials afterward?
I create handouts with key takeaways for attendees. For virtual events, I offer limited-time recording access so people can revisit the talk while it's fresh.
What are your travel requirements?
I keep it simple. For accessibility, I ask for a break between my speaking time and any networking or dinner events, plus a tech rehearsal beforehand.
How much does it cost?
Speaking fees vary based on the format, length, location, level of customization, and event needs.
