You’re Not Short on Options.
You’re Short on Clarity.
Networking Gets Awkward When You Can’t Explain Your Direction
You’re not sure who to reach out to, what to say, or how to shape your LinkedIn toward what’s next.
So networking either feels fake and overwhelming, or it doesn’t happen at all.
You’re Applying Before You’ve Decided What You’re Looking For
Every job gets another tailored resume, cover letter, and round of worrying about the ATS. After enough rejections or ghosting, your confidence takes the hit too.
You Have Too Many Possible Directions
Different industries. Different roles. Different versions of your career.
You can see plenty of possibilities, but the more options you consider, the harder it gets to know which one is actually worth pursuing.
You Keep Finding Jobs You Could Do
But “I’m qualified for this” and “I actually want this” are two very different things.
Clients have landed roles at:

CAREER CLARITY & EFFECTIVE NETWORKING
We start by getting clear on the kind of work you actually want, not just the jobs you’re qualified to do.
Then we turn that clarity into something useful: roles to target, companies to explore, people to talk to, and a personalized networking strategy you can actually maintain.
CLARIFY IT
Figure out what you want more of, what you’re done compromising on, and what matters in your next role.
NARROW IT
Turn a pile of possibilities into a clearer set of roles, industries, and opportunities worth pursuing.
CONNECT TO IT
Build a networking strategy around the direction you chose, so you know who to reach out to and why.
You stop searching everywhere and start moving toward something specific.
From “I Could Do That” to “That’s the Direction I’m Choosing.”
Career clarity changes the way you search.
I’ve Spent My Career Helping People Answer a Bigger Question Than “What Job Can I Get?”
ABOUT YOUR CAREER CLARITY COACH

The better question is: What kind of work actually fits who I am, what I’m good at, and where I want to go next?
I started my career as a peer career mentor, helping people with resumes and cover letters. Pretty quickly, the conversations became much bigger: What should I be doing? What is networking? How do I find organizations that match what I actually want?
Since then, I’ve worked in career coaching and higher education career services, including the University of Florida Career Connections Center, and I’m a Certified Career Services Provider through the National Career Development Association.
I’ve also taught professionals how to navigate career transitions, LinkedIn, networking, job searching, and finding their niche at work.
I’m not here to choose your career for you.
I’m here to help you understand what you want, narrow the possibilities, and find work
that fits your skills, interests, values, and the environments where you actually thrive.
For ADHD and neurodivergent professionals, that also means looking at how a role supports the way you think, work, and live, not just whether you’re qualified for it.
This personalized program will get you from confused at the start of your search to empowered with the skills to get interviews in your preferred industries – preferred because you’ve done the research to move from chaos to choice.
YOU WILL LEARN HOW TO:
Discover your key skills, strengths, and values in the job search
Understand the why and how of effective networking using LinkedIn and beyond
Build your network and conducting informational interviews

Career Clarity Coaching FAQs
How much does career clarity coaching cost?
Career clarity coaching is customized based on the length of support and what you need, so I don’t list a one-size-fits-all price.
We’ll start with a consultation to talk through what you’re working toward. If we’re a good fit, I’ll recommend the coaching option that makes the most sense and walk you through the investment before you decide.
How long does career clarity coaching take?
My career clarity coaching typically includes two months of weekly coaching calls, followed by one month of email support.
The goal isn’t to rush you into picking a job. We use that time to get clear on what you want, narrow your direction, and build a personalized job search and networking plan you can keep using after coaching ends.
Can you guarantee I’ll find the right career or get a new job?
No. I can’t guarantee a specific job, offer, or career outcome.
What I can do is help you make more informed decisions, get clearer about what you want, and build a strategy for pursuing opportunities that fit that direction.
Do you offer refunds?
No. All payments are non-refundable.
That’s why we talk before you invest, so you understand the coaching process and we can make sure the program is a good fit for what you need.
Do I need to know what career I want before we start?
No. That would defeat the purpose of career clarity coaching.
You can come in with several ideas, one vague direction, or a very clear sense that you simply do not want to keep doing what you’re doing now.
And if you already have a recent resume, cover letter, job descriptions you’re considering, interview prep, or other career materials, bring them.
