WHAT IS COACHING?
Not Therapy.
Something Different.
Coaching is a present- and future-focused partnership. While therapy centers on healing the past, coaching is about building forward, toward your goals, your voice, and the life you want to shape.
You don't need a diagnosis to benefit. You just need a desire to move through stuckness with someone who genuinely gets it.
Think of coaching as having a thinking partner who keeps you accountable, helps you untangle your thoughts, and celebrates the wins your brain tends to dismiss.
THERAPY
Focuses on healing past experiences, trauma, and mental health treatment. Requires a clinical diagnosis and is billed through insurance.
ADHD COACHING
Focuses on present strategies and future goals. No diagnosis needed. Builds executive functioning skills, accountability systems, and real-world tools that stick.
WHY NO INSURANCE
Coaching is not medical care, and that's a feature, not a bug. No session limits, no diagnostic labels, no red tape. You can even meet virtually from out of state.
WHO IS THIS FOR?
Sound Familiar?
You don't have to have a label to need support. Coaching meets you where you are.
🌀
Navigating ADHD Challenges
You struggle with follow-through, time management, organization, or executive dysfunction, and you're tired of the shame spiral that comes with it.
💼
Navigating Work & Career
You're a professional who keeps hearing "be more organized" with zero guidance on how. You want systems that actually work for your brain.
🔍
Exploring a Diagnosis
You suspect you might have ADHD or were recently diagnosed and need someone to help you make sense of it all.
🌱
Supporting a Loved One
ADHD traits in someone close to you, a partner, child, or colleague, are affecting your life and you want tools and perspective.
MEET YOUR COACH
Hi, I'm Sammie.
I'm a late-diagnosed ADHDer and Autistic Latina woman, born and raised in South Texas. I became an ADHD coach because I lived through the confusion, the shame, and the endless "why can't I just do the thing?" and I found the other side.
My coaching style is validating, grounding, and strength-focused. I use tools like VIA Character Strengths to help you sort your thoughts, manage your energy, and build systems that honor your brain.
I'm also the only Latinx ADHD coach in the Pittsburgh region, bringing identity-affirming support to a space that has long needed it.

I want to be the person for others that I needed then.
I sat in a performance review for a job I loved and was told to "be more organized".....with zero guidance on how. That moment sent me searching for real answers. I found them. Now I help others do the same.

Sammie has helped me uncover and understand how the ADHD brain works and why I have challenges when I have to complete certain tasks. What I have learned is mind blowing and has changed my life. She can help me break down big projects into smaller goals that also fit with my 'brain' and work style. She is truly a gem.
