Sounds Familiar?
I Often Hear Leaders With ADHD Say Things Like:

"I feel like I either have to do everything at once or can only do one thing."
"I'm functional... but my habits are not sustainable for growth."
"I want to stop having all of these tasks and things that need to be done that keep getting pushed."
It's the follow-up you swore you'd send after the meeting.
It's the report you started at 9pm. It's the voice asking, "Why can't I just do the thing?"
You move tasks to tomorrow
You say yes before checking your calendar
You run on last-minute adrenaline
And Every New System Hits the Same Wall:
-
I set aside an hour for a 10-minute task.
-
I spend more time managing my list than doing it.
-
I can't start until it's urgent.
Next week, you're asking it again: "What happened to the time?"

How ADHD Coaching With Sammie Works
1. Map your brain
Before we meet, you'll take two short assessments (not psychological or psychiatry-based assessments). They show where your brain shines and where it gets stuck.
2. Build your system
Each week, we pick one real challenge, like the follow-ups or the 4pm scramble, and build a routine around how you work.

3. Test it at home
You try it between sessions. Got a quick question or a win? Send it my way.
4. Make it stick
At 3 months, we look back at what changed. Then we meet every other week or monthly.

Sammie has helped me uncover and understand how the ADHD brain works and why I have challenges when I have to complete certain tasks. What I have learned is mind blowing and has changed my life. She can help me break down big projects into smaller goals that also fit with my 'brain' and work style. She is truly a gem.

Meet Your ADHD Coach, Sammie Walker Herrera
Hi, I'm Sammie.
I'm a late-diagnosed ADHDer and Autistic Latina woman, born and raised in South Texas. I became an ADHD coach because I lived through the confusion, the shame, and the endless "why can't I just do the thing?" and I found the other side.
My coaching style is validating, grounding, and strength-focused. I use tools like VIA Character Strengths to help you sort your thoughts, manage your energy, and build systems that honor your brain.
I'm also the only Latinx ADHD coach in the Pittsburgh region, bringing identity-affirming support to a space that has long needed it.

I want to be the person for others that I needed then.
I sat in a performance review for a job I loved and was told to "be more organized".....with zero guidance on how. That moment sent me searching for real answers. I found them. Now I help others do the same.
